Return conditions of Teamwear Concept SARL
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy
In accordance with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) of Teamwear Concept SARL, our refund and return policy is defined as follows to guarantee customer satisfaction.
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 5 of the General Terms and Conditions, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their product order. This right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty, allowing the Customer to obtain a full refund under certain conditions.
To exercise this right, the Customer must return the products, at their own expense and risk, in their original packaging, undamaged, and with all accessories, to the address of Teamwear Concept SARL indicated in the Terms and Conditions. Returned products must be accompanied by the original delivery note.
2. Return conditions
Product condition: Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and complete (with all accessories).
Exclusions: Damaged, opened or personalized products will be refused.
3. Processing Returns
Once the returned product has been received and inspected by Teamwear Concept SARL, we will process a refund if the return conditions are met. The refund will be issued to the account used for the original order payment within 60 days of receiving the returned product.
4. Complaints and anomalies
Any claim or anomaly concerning the delivery must be reported within 7 days of receipt via email to info@tw-concept.com or via the contact form on our website, in accordance with article 6 of the General Terms and Conditions.
5. Exclusions from reimbursement
No partial refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation for services associated with the use of the products.
Teamwear Concept SARL reserves the right to refuse a refund for any product that does not comply with the return conditions mentioned above.
6. Changes to the refund policy
Teamwear Concept SARL reserves the right to modify this refund and return policy at any time, while guaranteeing compliance with applicable legal provisions and consumer rights. Any modification will take effect immediately upon its publication on the website www.tw-shop.lu .
