Legal Framework and Transaction Procedures
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all commercial transactions concluded between Teamwear Concept SARL, whose registered office is located at 6A Rue Beim Kreimer, L-8416 Steinfort, and its customers. Any order placed with Teamwear Concept SARL implies the customer’s unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
2. Orders
Orders may be placed online via our website, by phone, or by email. Any order becomes firm and final upon receipt of the corresponding payment. Teamwear Concept SARL reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of non-payment, a dispute with the customer, or for any other legitimate reason.
3. Prices
The prices indicated on our website are in euros and include all taxes. Delivery costs are additional and are specified at the time of order validation. Teamwear Concept SARL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the rates in force at the time the order is placed.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are indicated at the time of order validation and are provided for information purposes only. Teamwear Concept SARL makes every effort to comply with these deadlines but cannot be held responsible for any delays attributable to the carrier. In the event of a significant delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel the order.
5. Payment
Orders may be paid for by credit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method accepted by Teamwear Concept SARL. Payments are secure and all transmitted information is encrypted. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will only be processed upon receipt of the payment in the bank account of Teamwear Concept SARL.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties. The customer must inform Teamwear Concept SARL of their decision to withdraw by sending an email to info@tw-concept.com. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of non-conforming orders.
7. Warrantly
All our products are covered by a warranty against hidden defects in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a problem with a product, the customer may contact our customer service by email at info@tw-concept.com to obtain a replacement or a refund in accordance with the applicable warranty conditions.
8. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the registered office of Teamwear Concept SARL.
9. Personal data protection
Teamwear Concept SARL undertakes to protect the privacy of its customers and to process their personal data confidentially. The data collected during the order process is used solely within the framework of the commercial relationship with the customer and is not transmitted to third parties without prior consent.
